Privacy notice
This notice covers complibued.com only. It explains what happens to personal data you send us through this site, mainly job applications and enquiries about our services. The Complere product and complere.tech have their own privacy policy at complere.tech/privacy-policy.

What we collect
This site has no analytics and no tracking cookies. We get personal data in two ways. The job application form on the careers page collects your name, email, phone, role, years of experience, location, notice period, and optionally your expected salary, LinkedIn profile and a message, plus your CV. If you email us instead, we get whatever you send. For a services enquiry that's usually your name, company and contact details.
Why we use it
We use applications to assess you for the role and to contact you about it. We use enquiries to reply to you. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for marketing.
Who sees it
The founders and the people interviewing for the role. Applications from the form are stored in our Google Workspace account: the details go into a spreadsheet and the CV into a folder that only our hiring team can open. Google may store this data on servers outside India. Our email provider stores emailed applications. We don't share your application with a client without asking you first.
How long we keep it
If you aren't hired, we delete your application 12 months after we receive it. You can ask us to delete it sooner. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employee record.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Email admin@complibued.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
